Cannot connect to server

Hi, I just bought credits and registered a new account and downloaded latest DC-unlocker.
However, when I was trying to connect to server in the software, I got the following message:

IP address is: 113.93.200.241 (Dynamic)

I am using wireless router to connect to the Internet.

I sucessfully login and unlock on previous firmware.
However, after I have updated firmware and try to unlock again with the same device, it said that "insufficient credit".
Why there is problem if I try to unlock again on the same device??
