Try to detect by autodetect and repeat unlock.

If you think that credits were taken without unlock, restart software and modem that are unlocking and repeat unlock. Unlocking same device again does not require credits and you can repeat unlock with 0 credits.

If you think that credits were taken without unlock, restart software and modem that are unlocking and repeat unlock. Unlocking same device again does not require credits and you can repeat unlock with 0 credits.

It means your device is detected as unlocked, there must be invalid sim inside during detect/unlock procedure.

It was answered already for how to reset counter, you can't do it by AT commands. You can do it only by direct unlock.

yess i have dc unlocker and i have username too but the problem is how to reset the counter? i ve tried
