Unbrick P9 Lite - Unlocking grayed out

Hi all,

I bought 15 credits for DC unlocker to unlock my Huawei P9 Lite VNS-L31 device.
My account is: dronox

Unfortunately, in the DC Unlocker software, in the Unlocking tab only "Factory Reset Protection Erase" is active and can be clicked - "Network unlock" is grayed out and cannot be clicked. The output of the log panel is:

Edit1: Is it possible to use DC Phoenix instead of DC Unlocker software? It seems to me, that DC Phoenix might support unbricking the device (which has FRP LOCK), but when starting DC Phoenix it says, that I do not have enough credits (but I purchased 15...).

Do I need to purchase another 15 credits for it? Because, it seems to me that DC Unlocker did not work for my case but it did cost 15 credits which I cannot use in DC Phoenix now.
