Hi, I just bought 15 credits for my account and when I try to log into the program I get the following error message: unknown error (421)

Hello, this happens when you buy credits under user that had HCU license in past which is over. Now account type changed to normal and can log in. For future reference if you ever have same account buy credits under new one.

The tool shows "error (421)".

I previously was registered for the DC-Phoenix and HCU tool.

I understand that this may be the problem ?
