DC-Phoenix Software locked to other PC & HCU client error

I've just recently purchased DC-Phoenix and HCU 3 days activation license. Displays a message DC-Phoenix Software locked to other PC.
Please *remove the DC PHoenix lock* so that I can use the tool of the other machine:

The same happened to my hcu and dc phoenix - they keep saying "locked to other pc". DC-unlocker server check doesn't report this problem and works fine.
Please can you unlock soon as is possible? Timed license is running out on both softwares
