I've just recently purchased DC-Phoenix and HCU promotion I have dc-unlocker dongle whith support, the HCU activation license it cost 69 credits but now I canīt remenber the software password and canīt use the HCU client and dc-phoenix. I now my username that is my serial number of my DC-unlocker dongle and can you help me ? I have a bricked phone. need to repair it.

Do not understand, you have user account for using HCU or Dongle? If you have user account you can reset password from here: https://www.dc-unlocker.com/how-to-r...count-password if you have dongle means you need to switch account on software to dongle, it can be done from log in screen.

What other account please? If you lost a password you may attempt to reset it https://www.dc-unlocker.com/how-to-r...count-password if you created account from reseller then you will need to contact him to retrieve old password or make new one.
