    The essence of the problem is this. I want to write the firmware with a new version of DC Phoenix 0.0.0.164 and the program does nothing.

    Hello and thank you for informing us about such problem. If you could, please press CTRL+L on keyboard after launching DC-phoenix, you should see logging enabled, then try to flash (on new version of DC-phoenix), after unsuccessful attempt may close software, go to directory of dc-phoenix and look for .dgtkl file, send it please to me.
    If logging doesn't turn on (writes in red colors on software window if it's enabled) then please let me know your user name or dongle ID, may write via PM.

                We made beta software for you, you may download and try it out https://get-file.org/get/92fbaf3efac...8dd20820c4c1ad if not working on it, please send log file from old software version.
