    I believe you that it is. But to find it we need email to which it is registered to on our database, you had to enter email when dongle was discovered on software for the first time. Infinity sn and sn you see on DC software is not same.

    We need to know dongle id that is visible on dc-unlocker software or you can let us know email to which dongle is registered to.

    Do not quite understand. Dongle users do not have any username/password. If you have active username/password fields on dc-unlocker client software, means dongle is not visible at all. You need to reconnect it to another usb port on computer directly and then relaunch dc-unlocker.
