After board software flash - does mobile boot up into factory homescreen when you turn it on? When you flash full stock rom you need to put a check mark on bypass version option. And make sure phone is charged and does not have it's battery removed/disconnected.

I put a check mark on bypass version option but the result is the same.

The phone is charged and battery is connected.
