Huawei E153Eu-1 Etisalat Egypt unlock done but still locked

i have modem huawei E153Eu-1 unlock done on dc-unlocker it deduct 2

credits but modem still locked...if modem read again by dc-unlocker it say

modem unlocked but in actual still invalid simcard.

how about the credits it consumed, modem still locked.

yess costumer want to unlock that modem so they can use any simcard

so after try to unlock w dc still locked.

It was unlocked, you have pasted log at the very begining where it is visible that device from locked became unlocked. Device should be used with not branded connection software like mobile partner for it to work with other cards. Because branded connection manager won't accept cards from other operators.

yess it was unlocked readed by dc after trying unlock but the truth is it's not

working in any simcard so how come the customer paid me if they cannot

used that modem, my concern is my credits loss and customer did not pay

me.i assumed that this modem is 100% supported,it is in your list that's why i

tried to unlock itand bcoz it's not working my credits loss must be refunded.

Sir if device has been unlocked refund is not possible. As you can see from the price link for dongle users it requires 2 credits for unlocking it. You need to suggest the customer to use the device with not branded connection manager software because it won't work with branded/original connection manager.

OMG, my 2 cr loss like a bubble,if that the case then removed it totally from

the list bcoz the only who suffer this is WE the DC-UNLOCKER user not the

customer itself coz customer pay if they can use it.i think this not surely

supported by dc coz if its supported branded/original required etc.

The device is supported for unlock, over 7000 successfully unlocked units. Therefore the problem is most likely in the software that you use with device after unlock or the card as it might be expired/damaged.
