Unfortunately we have checked it earlier with another customer, but this firmware that your device runs is not supported by dc-unlocker at the moment, maybe someday in future, no exact date. Currently there is no solution to this problem.

This bug on your side might be related to outdated browser version or disabled image loading on pages. How to fix it refer to browsers troubleshooting.
