It's only one port for e5776, the other port is infinity box usb port.

In device manager you can see 1 line under "ports" that belongs to e5776 or 2?

No, firmware writer is for writing firmware.

sorry, this modem not supported !

If device is damaged you won't be able to detect it regardless what software you use. Since this device is not yet supported for flashing and we do not know what firmware yours has - no solution for this problem yet, might be added in upcoming updates.

This won't be enough for us to know what firmware you need. It should be either written on updater to what version it is updating or you have saved anywhere previous firmware version of device.

Is it possible to ask for the file frimware for modem Huawei E585.

What exact firmware version you need for this device? Maybe you could provide detect info of it (cover or delete imei and sn of device).
