I purchase 4 +11 credits to get the Bootloader unlock code, but the only selection on the DC Client 2 was FRP and Temp Fastboot Unlock.
This was the only selection there i spend all credits on this for nothing.
I had e mail from DC Client that i had to follow some instructions that i checked already before and that i had to install some drivers that can't be installed on Win 10 so i use HiSuit for this.
The instructions mentioned something about USB as Com port but the Nova 2 Plus has no these interfaces to be recognized from a PC as a USB Com port.
So, when i Set the phone on Fastboot mode, with the Auto detection selected, the software can recognize the phone and the only selection available under Unlocking is "FRP and Temp Fastboot Unlock"
if i select the phone manually, the selection of "Read Bootloader Code" appears but it requires to put the Com port number.
So, whats the issue here?? The Phone can be recognized but there is no USB Com port!!! The drivers are not for Win 7-10 and gives errors in all computers tried to install.The HiSuite has the phone installed correctly without issues. Is there any bug on the software?? Whats wrong with this??
