Honor 8 lite stuck on boot

This is my first time doing anything like this so I was what I can do. The bootloader and FRP are locked and the phone has not been rooted. So far I have come to the conclusion that the only way to save the phone is to use DC Phoenix and flash new firmware. There is one thing though. It says the phone model is PRA-LX1, but when I google it there is loads of results for Huawei P8 lite.... And when I search the files in DC Phoenix the only results that come up for PRA-LX1 are two partitions backups which it says are for the Huawei P9 lite. So would flashing this particions backup solve my problem, and how many credits do I need? 15?

No, it would not solve the problem. You need to find out your mobile codename first and use full stock rom files as described in dc-phoenix repair guide. Probably even board software. If device had android 8 or later repair may not be possible at all.
