Hi everyone! I have E1752 unlocked dongle with voice feature enabled and everything is working perfect except for voice calls - I cannot dial to the SIM card installed there (get voicemail right away) and as soon as I try to dial any number I get "Failed" sign - it doesn't even try to call:

I have tried all "Mobile Partner" versions, "HUAWEI Modem 3.5"(which is located on my E1752 modem) - it is still the same. Everything else is working perfectly fine - data connection, SMS, Carrier Phonebook. I've also tried 3 different SIM cards - the same problem everywhere.
dc-unlocker says the device is unlocked and voice-capable:
