    Hi,

    First I'm sorry for my English.
    i can't unlock the e160g of H3G ITA.
    I read the following output:

    Detecting card :

    Found modem : E160G
    Model : Huawei E160/E160G/E160X
    IMEI : XXXXXXXXXXXXXX
    Firmware : 11.604.06.00.156
    Dashboard version : UTPS11.002.03.15.12_MAC11.110.02.14.12
    Serial NR. : XXXXXXXXXXXXXX
    SIM Lock status : Locked (Card Lock)
    Wrong codes entered : 10 (unlock attempts left : 0)

    Wrong unlock code was entered 10 times !

    Sorry, this card can not be unlocked !

    But I haven't inserted the code 10 times incorrectly, but only once.
    Can you help me?

    Maybe you bought this modem not new, and other person enter wrong codes?
    Also you use latest version to detect modem ?
    For counter blocked we not have solution right now, but in future i think we will made it.

      this data card was new and sealed. I have bought it in a shop.
      Then I have installed bundle software (3 Internet) and I have inserted only once a wrong code.
      Then I have tried the unlock with the version 1.00.0252 of Client.

        Please use Client version 1.00.0261.Anyway no solution for the wrong code entered more than 10 times.

          I have tried with Client version 1.00.0261 but I get the same output.

            I have tried with Client version 1.00.0293 but I get a different output.
            Now I don't read "Wrong unlock code was entered 10 times ! Sorry, this card can not be unlocked !" as the previous Client version but I read only:

                  can I updade dashboard of my datacard with the software on link http://www.huawei.com/mobileweb/en/d...ype=-1&id=5840 now?

                  This dashboard update don't change unlock state of my datacard?

                    Yes you can change this dashboard.Nothing will happend to unlock state.
