Not PC have problem, maybe left started globetrotter connect software , maybe running gt detect or other process, maybe you selected wrong ports .. Error 24= Port unavailable.

everytime when I need unlock any modem , don't choose port but press autodetect BUTTON. This is the best way to find modem. everytime this method works 100%. For modem's like this I do reinstall windows - yesterday. Nothing changed - this is not a windows problem or like you say running something process . If DC- unlocker find modem all needed ports are avaible.
I thing this is dc software problem. why ?
Because - if I want choose this modem manually - i can do it - but ports chossing section is unavaible !!!!!!

This error you receive, because port is not free. Some other software is taking the port. Check,if the modem conenction sfotware is closed at unlock time. Check, if you use autodetect function when detecting modem.

I try on 3 diffrent computers - every one have problem with ports ??
