how to disble moden process ? if the modem internet is not connected how?

Will be possible from task manager, services.

Yes, need credits for unlock, but do not need credits for detect. Check, maybe any modem process left running in at detect time. All processes must be closed. Be sure that you use autodetect in dc-unlocker software. Do not select model manually.

Some other say they have no problem unlocking wm66e but why it doesnt detect my modem?
I already tried to reinstall and install the modem drivers , different sims, not connected to internet, but i cant unlock it

and why there already have wm66e on dcu client 1154 but cant detect?

I already do that and look at the picture its not even connected

I have a internet stick of SmartBRO here in the Philippines
and i'd like to unlock it using your program
but my problem is the modem is not found
here is the ScreenShot of it
I already unistall and install the modem driver
and all COMports it still not found the modem
i also tried using different kind of SIM card


EDIT: I used DC-Unlocker - ICERA unlocker client v.1.00.0008
And i got this message with error
