Might be, you need to try uninstall/reinstall or check from another pc that runs different os preferably.

Seems due to other uncompatible drivers on pc, device got installed incorrectly, so you should clean pc or try from another one.

Hello guys,
I tried to unlock my device using ZTE Qualcomm MF90, the driver in normal mode are regularly installed and the device is found:

After starting the unlock process I got error when the device switch in download mode!

I understand probably the problem is ADB driver, in fact as you can see in below pic, when device switch in download mode, the driver in device manager is not correctly recognized!

Also I tried to check with adb command while in download mode and no device was found:

I'm getting crazy! I tried to install a lots of adb driver bat no one works!!
