Dongle is not visible by the Client

Hi. I have DC Unlocker dongle, that was used succesfully about 1 year. But now, when i start sw it can't detect that dongle connected (all drivers installed and dongle visible in system profile), but sw asks login and pass like dongle even not connected. When i'm connecting infinity box dongle - all ok, it's detected by the sw and all is ok.
I tried different computers but result is the same

What happened to your dongle? Maybe it is damaged?
Did you try to reinstall DC-Unlocker software? Did you try to change USB ports?
Does computer even react when you connect dongle to computer?

Problem solved, i'm an idiot. I inserted wrong dongle :-)
