    No block on your dongle ID.
    Please write your IP address that you are using to connect. Maybe server is blocking your IP.

    If your forum username cannot make new thread, please choose other username. Maybe its because your username contains email address.

      He can not start thread becasue he is not even registered. We do not have user with [email protected] e-mail.
