Hello,
I already installed the DC-Unlocker, bougth 20 credits but this tool does not identify my card.

Always get modem not found.

DC - Unlocker 2 Client 1.00.0930

Detecting card :

selection :
manufacturer - Huawei modems
model - Auto detect (recommended)


modem not found !

I also tried to put mannualy the COM ports and it is always the same, does not recognize it.

Can you please advice/help?

If you can not detect modem you should check the fallowing:
Check, if the drivers are installed
Check, if the connection software for this modem is closed and modem is not connected to internet
Check, if you use autodetect function in dc-unlocker software
Check, if you use latest dc-unlocker software version.

All that was checked. I am starting to believe that this SW does not support this card/Modem.

I tried so many things and the same problem maintains.

Can anyone confirm that the DC-Unlocker supports E392u-12?
