welldone....please i have downloaded the software but its failing to connect with server.
Also,the unlocking coloum is not functional...only the two colloum to the last (i mean the last two colloum)...please what can /should be done with the software...

If you get "error connecting to server", please write me your username.
If unlocking button is not active, check if you are logged in software, check if you detected modem with other providers SIM card inserted.

i have downloaded the dc unlocked,please what shuld i do with it.....i have used it many time it give 'error connecting with server'....And also,the unlocking coloum..(the first coloum dnt show do job)...please give me procedure for it....

Uninstall network scanner software and its drivers (WinPcap driver npf.sys) and try again. Now you are unblocked, but if you will not uninstall you will be blocked again.
