Do not use jtag at same time when use dc-unlocker or will be blocked again.
Now have unblocked and you should be able to connect.

This error means the problem is from your side. Please avoid using JTAG together with DC-Unlocker or else you will be blocked again.
Always check if JTAG is not connected before using DC-Unlocker.

Could you write your username that you received after credits purchase or your dongle serial number? Then we would be able to check, why you receive this error.

No such username was found in our database. You get username/password for connecting to server when you purchase credits, have you bought them? Note that forum account is not related to account that is used to login to server for unlocking.
