Error message when unlocking E3231

Hi,

I'm receiving an error message 'Error 62' when trying to unlock the Huawei E3231, I have read from another couple of posts that I may be blocked? I use a laptop at work as well as desktop and notebook at home, can I only use 1 pc?

My Dongle ID is: 198903A4

unlock failed !

No block on your dongle.
You might get this error, because there are connections conflict in your computer.

Hi, I still have problems with the E3231

I have followed the instruction you gave and now get the message 'connect timed out', the dashboard allows me to login and confirms the user details, it then finds the dongle and when processing the unlock it gives this message!

Any ideas?

Also, after changes restart computer. Then try to unlock again.
