    Uninstall network scanner software and its drivers (WinPcap driver npf.sys) and try again. Now you are unblocked, but if you will not uninstall you will be blocked again.

    but i have tried very much to find this drivers on my pc, but nothing i can see
    with this name.
    please tell me how to find them or u can help me on team viewer please help me.

        sure you wrote correct dongle serial number? Please check it as I can not find such serial number.

            Do not use QC Mobile Analysis or phone system analysis software (PSAS) at same time when use dc-unlocker or will be blocked again. Now unblocked and you should be able to connect now.

              But I am not faimiliar with these things - QC Mobile Analysis or phone system analysis software (PSAS).

              I suspect they may be running silently in the background.

              Any ideas on how to detect and shut them down will be appreciated.

                Try to check in task manager.

                  what ".exe" names do they display in task manager processes?

                    Try to go to Control Panel > Add / Remove programs.
                    Find "QC Mobile analysis" or "PSAS" software there and uninstall it.
                    Or check in Program Files.
