Try to download DC-Unlocker client again, reinstall it.
Try to right click on DC-Unlocker > Run as administrator.
And right click on DC-Unlocker > Properties > Compatibility > Run in compatibility mode with windows XP SP3.

If nothing of the above works, I suggest to try other computer.
