What windows version you are using?
Try to right click on DC-Unlocker > Run as administrator.
Right click on DC-Unlocker > Properties > Compatibility > Run in compatibility mode with windows XP SP2.

You said you tried 3 computer. Do all 3 computer have same windows XP SP3 ?

Does it show any error when you try to launch DC-Unlocker? Or it just does not launch?
If you get an error - do you get the same error on all 3 computers?

Try to use windows xp or windows 7 32 bit.
