Unable to launch verion above .0949 on Windows XP

Hi. Anyone else facing the same problem I have? All versions above 0949 refuse to launch on my PC. I am running Windows XP SP3. Need to unlock a Huawei U8655 and it isn't on this version. Thanks.

Check, maybe anything is blcking dc-unlocker.
Try to run as administrator.
Try to select run in windows xp mode (if use not xp)
Try redownloading.
Try other computer.

Have everything apart from using another computer. It does not make sense why all versions starting at 0949 and below work and others don't. Sorry I only use windows XP at present. I think there is an issue with the upgrades that's why I'm keen to see if there are other XP users facing the same problem.

No, there is problem with your computer. Many users are using latest versions without problems.

To program DC-Unlocker work in Win XP must be installed Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5
