Error .....

I`m register in forum and the program detect the card ( E180 ) , but i trying to conect to the server in program and i getting this error message:

Could you write me a private message with your dc-unlocker software username or contact us by live chat from our web page? Then we could check more. You should check, if no software (firewall or other) is blocking the conenction to our servers. Try to use other computer or other internet connection type.
