Sure this is correct serial number? Please check it as i can not find such serial number.

Here is no block and all server are working.
You should check, if the firewall or other software is not blocking the connection. Check, if you have internet conenction at unlock time. Try to use other connection type or other computer

You are blocked now on our system because there was a JTAG running while you used dc-unlocker services. i'll unblock you, but before you use dc-unlocker again, make sure JTAG is turned off.

Do not use jtag at same time when use dc-unlocker or will be blocked again. Now have unblocked you and you should be able to connect now.
