No blocks on your dongle, please tell us your ip adress you make connection from it might be blocked as well.

Check it here: http://www.whatismyip.org/ , also try to make connection to internet directly, as for now it might be problem that you get this error connecting to server message.

No blocks on your ip adress as well. Try to connect directly to internet as it might be currently problem of yours. Try to turn off firewall and antivirus software during login, that might be blocking your connection to server.
