Error connecting to server ! why this error and how to solve?

I was trying to unlock one HUAWEI e303 but my dc-unlocker software could not connect to internet while i can browse safely,please how can I solve this?

Could you write your username that you received after credits purchase or your dongle serial number? Then we would be able to check, why do you receive this error.
