Problem using credential for unloking modem

Hello,

I have the following issue:

I received the login credential form dc-unlocker.com but when I'm trying to check login in dc_unlocker application, server tab, I receive Error connecting to server.

Also If I try to unlock the modem I receive:

I checked to see if the user and the password are correct but everything seems to be fine.

Can somebody help me on this matter?

Servers are working. The problem is at your side. You should check, maybe firewall or software like it may be blocking. Could you try to use other connection method? This may help too.

Thank you, I tried using another internet connection without firewall and I managed to unlock the modem.
