    Write your username that you have received after credits purchase and we will be able to check, why you receive this error.

                Some comments:
                I know at least three methods of sniff w/o chance of detection:
                1. Port mirroring on managable switch.
                2. Sniff on the internet router. Even some SOHO models have this functionality.
                3. Unix-like bridge.
                I just needed to unlock the modem but if I wanted to sniff I will be use one of these methods.
                I guess You need an open algorithm to prevent investigation, like OpenVPN with self-signed certificates.
