are you usng vpn that connects your computer to uk ip?.if yes change to local ip or others.i have faced the same problem in uk ip.
are you a dongle user?.if yes do wat i mentioned above.
if you are a credits based user be sure that you have got your password and id for loging. dont try with forum username and pwd.that wil work only for forum not for unlocker client software
