There is a hidden process called "NQR.exe" running on your computer. Please uninstall this software or make sure it is not running in hidden mode or you will be automatically blocked again.
Its probably a keylogger software which is harmful for your computer and for your personal information.
Now unblocked you and connection should work.

Restart your pc, do not run any other program as this will cause this error, then unlock modem again.

Thanks, modem successfully detected but when I try to activate voice I get this error:

Error connecting to server !

Then I check account balance I also get this error:

Server on maintenance or problem is on my side?

No, this happened because of the previous error that you've been receiving (119), you are blocked now on our system because there was a JTAG running while you used dc-unlocker services. i'll unblock you, but before you use dc-unlocker again, make sure JTAG is turned off.

Thanks that unblock me. But I have a question:
Why I can't run DC-Unlocker when JTAG running?
If I run JTAG and flash 512Mb fullflash in phone that takes two hours time. And during that time customer comes to me for modem unlocking that take just one minute. Why I must waiting 2 hours for unlock modem?

You can not use JTAG at the same time because user agreement https://www.dc-unlocker.com/user_agreement states so.
