i have bought 7 credits after speaking to Valdermas. i have disabled the firewall and the antivirus.. and the program still says error 62, or error 63

i have chatted it through with you guys and still it will not connect to the server. Can you please help. I have bought the credits in good faith that the program will work, and it isn't.

Error 63 comes up when you enter incorrect login data. Maybe you make a mistake while typing in your username/password into fields? Try to copy paste them straight from the email with account data to the fields in the program, make sure you make no spaces before or after username and password.

There might be a block on your IP adress, could you provide it for us? You might get error 62 if you connect through proxy, if so, try to connect directly.

Hi. No its not possible. I am in the maldives, only one cell operator and we have one connection. Can you give me the codes to unlock manually, as you can have my imei info etc. Otherwise cam i have a repayment of the credits to my pay pal account please.
