error connecting to server

i also have the same problem, a username and password was created after buying 10 dc credits but whenever i type in the username and password created for me and click check in, it gives me an "error connecting to server message"

What device do you try to unlock? Is your connection at unlock time not through device you want to unlock?

I am yet to try to unlock a device , cos I cant even sign in. All I get when I type my username and password is the "error connecting to server message"

But by what internet connection method you try to connect? Maybe you have alternative ways to connect to internet or maybe from another computer? If you connect through proxy it may cause this problem as well.
