Try to see these settings here - https://www.dc-unlocker.com/b683-det...dapter-binding make sure your device that you want to unlock connection is on the bottom of the list.

I have followed the instructions, even I have disabled the 3G and WIFI connection of my device. The unlock process starts well, but passing 6 minutes trying to obtain the unlock code, the same error appears (error connecting to server - error code 62).

Device that you are unlocking must be connected to pc but not to the internet. What are you using at the moment for internet connection while you try to unlock it? Maybe you would have a possibility to try another connection method?

Problem solved ... I tried with a better quality Internet connection and the device was unlocked successfully.

Write your username that you received after credits purchase or dongle serial number. Then we would be able to check, why you receive this error.

1.open network and sharing,change adapter settings and disable all local area connection.
2.connect wireless network internet and restart DC unlocker client.
This method working for me.
