Error connecting to server

Hi,
I'm getting "error connecting to server !" when checking login.
I've bought 4 credits to unlock my E1752 and using my login jbb01 and password.
My IP is 88.8.84.215 can you check it pls?
I'm pretty sure it is not a problem of my connection/setup.

it seems to be ip from UK .. change your ip.. UK ip's are banned in dc server.i too faced the problem.

It is not an UK IP, it is from Spain (Telefonica).

may be problem woth your internet conection . leave your dongle serial number.. dc will check that and tell u wat went wrong.

Wrong username and password was entered too many times and server blocked you. Now have unblocked and you should be able to connect.

Please provide more information, your username, ip adress you make connection from, what dc-unlocker version you have installed etc.

Try to make direct connection to internet as this might be the problem why you can't connect to server.

No blocks on your ip adress aswell.
Try to make direct connection to internet as this might be the problem why you can't connect to server.
Try to turn off firewall and antivirus software during connection time as they might block it.
