Problem with DC connection

Hi, I'm trying to use DC unlocker using Internet at my university in Poland but for some reason it doesn't work (connection failed). It's obviously working ok at my home where I'm staying for the weekends. Are there any specific ports, settings or domains which can be blocked by my universitiy's network admin ?

How use my DC unlocker everywhere ?

My university network have a static IP. Maybe he is banned ?

Could you write the IP? Try dissabling firewall or other software that may be blocking the conenction. Try to use other connenction type.

Hi,
I'm writing this post for my friend as his back to the university and his IP seems to be banned as he can't even post here from there his posts needs to be approved by moderator or something. His IP is 212.87.229.34 could you pls check if it is not blacklisted ? He can't actually do anything as he just a student using the network as it is with no administrator privileges so he is looking for solution how to override the restrictions stopping him from using dc unlocker.

Also I've got another question is it possible to use DC unlocker with another 3G dongle ? I mean one dongle is connected to the Internet and the other is being unlocked ?

You cant use another usb modem to connect to the internet,instead of that you have to use ADSL or WiFi connection.Please tell your friend to use another connection.

Dc-unlocker server and dc-unlocker forum are not related by connection. If he can not connect to server he should be able to connect to forum anyway. Some of his post were moderated, because post were similar. Now only one of these simillar post is left and he should be able to post here.
His IP is 212.87.229.34 is not blocked by dc-unlocker server. There is problem with connection from his side. As I know, the university network has many restrictions and blokings. One of them may be that university network not allow to connect to our server or other servers. Sorry, then we can not help. The only solution for him is to use other internet connection (not university).
Yes, it is possible ot use other modem, but modem must be not same brand as modem you are unlocking. There may be detections problems too. Then modem that needs to be unlocked should be detected manually. There may be other problems too, thats why do not recomend to use this.
