Unable to unlock Huawei B970b

I've paid 7 credits to unlock the huawei B970b, the dc-unlocker once detected it, when I click unlock, the dc-unlocker application automatically closes, and now I don't have access to the B970b any more, how can I do?

What version of dc-unlocker you use now? What windows OS you have?
