Error connecting to server!!!

hello i have problem when i want to check credit or connecting to server i got this msg error connecting to server ! what happen? any body can help me please i use Rocker dongle

Write your dongle serial number. Then we will be able to check, why do you receive this error.

No blocks on server for this dongle. Let us know ip adress you make connection from, you can see it here - http://www.whatismyip.org/ . If possible try to connect by different connection method to internet as it might be the reason why you can't connect now.
