Yes, you need to have internet connection during unlocking, but it can not come from device that you try to unlock. You want to unlock e173, as for now dc-unlocker detects router. Try to detect your modem while offline and paste here detection informatin. It might be so that its firmware version is not supported for unlock.

HI ! Need unlock modem huawei b970 but wen i try unlock give me error code 62 ! I have internet wirelles connection ! How change settings for my laptop to use wirelles connection ! Please help !
