Try to launch dc-unlocker as administrator, right click on it and select run as... set as administrator and click ok. See if it helps. Make sure your windows has latest updates.

You have checked those settings in Control panel -> Regional and Languages Settings? Maybe any Window pops up when software doesn't launch? Maybe it appears in task manager when you run it, please check it. Also when you double click the software does it check for dongle being connected or nothing appears at all.

Also are you launching software while dongle (dc-unlocker/rocker/vygis or infinity dongle) is connected or without it.

Nothing to appears in task manager.

only connected dc-unlocker dongle with pc. try both way without connect dongle with pc and dongle connected with pc. Old version working fine both way. Old version open with out connect dongle and when connect dongle.

Firewall is off, I check all things but not found where is problem.
