Check Adapter binding settings https://www.dc-unlocker.com/b683-det...dapter-binding make sure your device that you try to unlock connection is on the bottom of the list, then reconnect device to pc and repeat detect/unlock procedure.

This is exactly the same problem I am having. - I have checked the bindings (nothing on the network except the Mi-Fi device), and have tried changing the position of the device ...but no go. - I have even tried using a non-data SIM with credit, but nothing, - just the same error ...and, yes, the device works perfectly otherwise, with no browsing issues whatsoever.

What are you using for the internet while E5332 is connected only to pc via usb cable?

That's the problem, - thanks, - I understood (incorrectly, it seems) that the software was of the type that examined the device firmware and generated, or located, the required PIN or PUK, as it is not made clear on the website that that is not the case.

Thankfully, in my case, I may be able to enlist the help of someone else with internet access, so I am still hopeful of being able to unlock the device in question using your software.
