What dc-unlocker version you are using? Have you tried to re-launch software and perform detection again?

I'm using DC - Unlocker 2 Client 1.00.0890
and i tried as you said, but still same issue.

I installed new version and check, still same problem but error message number is different

Try to run dc-unlocker as administrator by clicking right on it's icon and selecting "run as administrator". Also try to fully uninstall dc-unlocker first and reinstall it.

Would you have a possibility to try to run dc-unlocker software on another computer? It seems that current one OS is not up to date or has been damaged over time its been used.
