You must first login to server on the program from server tab for unlocking to work, as i see you haven't done that before unlock. Please try to login, then try to unlock.

I cannot login to the server as when I clicked on check account it could not connect to the server. I have disabled the firewall and tried this on 3 different PCs now.

Could there be a problem with my account details?

Your IP address was blocked. It was blocked because program called Phone System Analysis Software was detected running on computer before. Since it was long time ago it might have been that it wasn't you who caused this problem, but incase you are using this program, you should turn it off before running dc-unlocker.

Now you are unblocked and should be able to login to server.
