Error connecting to server

Hi I just bought credits under username drcliff

I keep getting the error connecting to server problem when trying to unlock my modem

My internet is working ok, I've tried several computers, I don't have a firewall (except windows firewall - I have tried with this disabled).

Please could you see if there is a problem with my account?

Your account has no blocks on our side. You should check antivirus software as it might be blocking connection as well. Connecting via proxy can cause this error too. If you have possibility try to connect to internet by different method. If you can, provide your IP address, it can have a block.

The problem was that my router was still blocking the program even tho I had turned the firewall off. My modem unlocked successfully, thanks for your help
